Individual certificates and results will be available son. And as a reminder, the files will be uploaded here for access - but soon all past QAP data/files will be migrated over to the new site. https://qa-hub.nist.gov

HAMQAP Ex6 Final Report and Program Updates!

The HAMQAP Ex 6 Final Report is published and available! It can be accessed here: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/ir/2021/NIST.IR.8394.pdf

We are officially announcing the launch of QAP HUB. HAMQAP is now divided into three programs: the Food Nutrition and Safety Measurements Quality Assurance Program (FNSQAP), the Dietary Supplement Laboratory Quality Assurance Program (DSQAP), and the Clinical Measurements Quality Assurance Program (ClinQAP).

QAP HUB is an upgrade to our portal, and will house all active NIST QAPs. As an account holder, you will receive updates on any new program launch and can decide if you would like to participate or not. As we will no longer use RDO, please log into the new portal https://qa-hub.nist.gov if you would like to continue to receive updates and participate in NIST QAPs. (enter your user name and request a new password if you already have an account here, your information and past data will migrate over)

HAMQAP Exercise 6 Registration Error Resolved

The technical difficulties with the registration process for HAMQAP Exercise 6 have been resolved. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

HAMQAP Exercise 5: Submission Deadline!

Thank you for your participation in HAMQAP Exercise 5. The results submission deadline is approaching. If you have made any measurements at this time, please log into the website and record your results by Thursday, April 30, 2020.

To allow the HAMQAP team to better understand your current participation status, a short survey was distributed to HAMQAP Exercise 5 participants on Tuesday, April 21. We will use this information to determine how to proceed with HAMQAP Exercise 5; a decision will be made on Friday, May 1. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email us at HAMQAP@nist.gov.

Sign Up for HAMQAP Exercise 6 Postponed!

The call for participation and signup for Exercise 6 of HAMQAP will be postponed until further notice. A preview of potential studies for HAMQAP Exercise 6 is available and was distributed by email to current and past HAMQAP participants on April 1, 2020.

HAMQAP EXERCISE 4 FINAL REPORT AND CERTIFICATES

We are currently working on the report and certificates for Exercise 4. Please monitor the program website and your email for updates.

HAMQAP EXERCISE 5 RESULTS SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED

The deadline for reporting study results has been extended from April 5, 2020 to April 30, 2020.

HAMQAP EXERCISE 4 PRELIMINARY DATA TABLES NOW AVAILABLE!

Thank you for your participation in HAMQAP Exercise 4. The preliminary data tables, arranged by laboratory code, are available for your review under the Data Entry menu after login on the program website. Laboratory codes for Exercise 4 can also be found on the Data Entry homepage.

Updated results should be entered into the Excel template file found at the bottom of the Data Entry page on the program website and submitted via email (HAMQAP@nist.gov) by Sunday, December 1, 2019. All data received by December 1 will be included in the final report.

Thank you for your participation in HAMQAP Exercise 3. The preliminary data tables, arranged by laboratory code, are available for your review under the Data Entry menu after login on the program website. Laboratory codes for Exercise 3 can also be found on the Data Entry homepage.

HAMQAP EXERCISE 4 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

The call for participation will close 05/10/2019 and samples will be distributed by 08/16/2019. Thank you again for your participation and support of HAMQAP.

HAMQAP Exercise 3 Samples Are Shipping!

All samples are in the process of being shipped to participants only registered for Dietary Intake studies.

A partial number of Human Metabolism study samples were shipped and the remaining will be shipped on February 25.

International shipments are being shipped only after a participant approves/provides all applicable Customs related documents. Please approve and provide these documents by February 15th.

Exercise 3 Registration Extended

Self-registration for HAMQAP Exercise 3 has been extended to December 15th.

HAMQAP Exercise 2 Preliminary Data Tables Now Available!

Thank you for your participation in HAMQAP Exercise 2. The preliminary data tables, arranged by laboratory code, are available for your review under the Data Entry menu after login on the program website. Laboratory codes for Exercise 2 can also be found on the Data Entry homepage.

Updated results should be entered into the Excel template file found at the bottom of the Data Entry page on the program website and submitted via email (HAMQAP@nist.gov) by Wednesday, November 28, 2018. All data received by November 28 will be included in the final report.

HAMQAP Exercise 3 Call for Participants

The call for participation will close on November 30, 2018, and samples will be distributed by February 15, 2019. Thank you again for your participation and support of HAMQAP.

HAMQAP Exercise 2 Data Entry Now Closed

Data entry for HAMQAP Exercise 2 is now closed. If you wish to submit data (new or revised), please use the spreadsheet file located at the bottom of the data entry page to enter your results and submit to HAMQAP@nist.gov. We will do our best to incorporate all data into the preliminary and/or final report.

HAMQAP EXERCISE 1 DATA TABLES

HAMQAP Exercise 1 preliminary data tables were distributed to participants on June 22. Additionally, the data tables can be found in the Data Entry page of your account, by scrolling to the bottom of the Exercise 1 page to the related files section. Participant laboratory codes are listed as part of the file name for your laboratory specific data file.

Please review your data and let us know if you have any concerns. We are currently preparing the final report.

DSQAP Exercise O Data Tables

The preliminary data tables for Exercise O are now available. Your laboratory code is available from the data entry page, and the data tables file is located under the files for Exercise O.

If you are unable to locate the file or your laboratory code, please let us know and we will assist you.

A Note about Data Confidentiality

No information provided by any participant will be considered proprietary or confidential. A summary of results is distributed to all participants in which laboratories are identified by code numbers known to them but not to other participants. Participating laboratories may choose to be identified on the public-facing website in name only, without connection to any performance or result. NIST will not intentionally share data with outside sources. There is no fee for participation in this program, nor are participants paid to participate.
